What is your return policy?

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! All of our products are non-fundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Due to the nature of our products we will not be able to accept returns, exchanges, or credits at all. Please read descriptions and view sizing charts of all products before making a purchase. If you are unsure of your size, measure yourself and view the sizing chart before purchasing. We will not be able to make an exchange because of sizing. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

How do I care for my items?

To maintain your items, we suggest hand washing the corsets, waist trainers, sweat belts, and vests. Hang or lay your items flat to dry. DO NOT PUT ITEMS IN THE DRYER. We do not offer any repairs or warranties. Fitness clothing items may be washed on a gentle cycle. Hang items to dry or tumble on low heat. Do not use bleach or iron any of the items.

 

How long after I order will I receive my order?

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. (Business days do not include holidays or weekends.) These times may be extended during holidays, relaunches, and/or sales. We will do our best to keep you updated when delays occur. Once shipped, delivery time is 1-5 business days in the US. A tracking number will be emailed to you with a delivery date once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Emails are sent to the email provided at checkout, be sure to enter the correct email.

 

Do you offer International Shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping with the US.
